Stream Energy

After finally being educated on "the power to choose" for Texas I realized that I was paying way too much money for electricity for no additional benefit. In fact, I was paying more and didn't have as many benefits as I could have. Stream Energy is much lower then TXU and even reliant among other features such as Dallas-based customer service (finally don't have to learn Indian).

Reasons to switch (most people do not know):
  • Hassle free (only takes 2 minutes to switch)
  • No additional fees or charges
  • Lower rate
  • Lower base customer charge
  • Dallas-based customer service
  • Helps me out

Many would ask: "What's the catch?" That's the beauty of deregulation... There is NO CATCH. Companies like TXU, reliant, Stream, etc.. are nothing more then a retail company selling you electricity. It's like buying the exact same product at Wal-Mart vs a department store. Exact same electricity, poles, wires, everything. Even the exact same support for outages. Just a different name and customer service.

Why wouldn't a Texan switch?

I just stumbled here from the internet. I would like to know how things are going for you at Ignite as I see your website is down. Has it moved. Did the Ignite business grow to your expectations?

I would love to know.
